Enclosure for Sonoff ZBMINI / MINIR4 with M3 Heat Insert Assembly

This 3D printable enclosure was designed to securely house the following Sonoff modules:

- Sonoff ZBMINIR2

- Sonoff ZBMINIL2

- Sonoff MINIR4

- Sonoff MINIR4M

The design provides a compact, organized, and professional solution for installing Sonoff smart relay modules while maintaining structural strength and serviceability.

The enclosure uses M3 heat-set inserts, ensuring durable threads that withstand multiple openings without degrading the plastic.

🔩 Required Hardware

- 4x M3x10mm screws

- 4x M3 heat-set inserts (6mm length x 4.5mm outer diameter)

- 4x Wood screws 3x32mm

- 1x Main enclosure body

- 1x Cover lid

- 2x Cable retention plates

🧵 Important Note

All wiring should be properly terminated and fully accommodated inside the Sonoff module itself. The enclosure is designed to organize and protect the module — not to store excess external wiring.

🧱 Recommended Material

Print all parts using PLA .

Suggested print settings:

- Layer height: 0.2mm

- Infill: 20–30%

- 3 perimeters

- Supports typically not required (verify orientation)
