Description

This is a custom mount for the Atomstack F30 Air Assist , designed for the Atomstack A5 / A5 Pro laser engraver. It mounts directly onto standard 2020 aluminum extrusion profiles , which are used on the A5 series and many similar diode laser frames.

Parts

The model consists of 2 parts :

- Front mount (print 2x)

- Back mount (print 2x)

Assembly

- Mount each back part to the aluminum profile using:

- 2x M4 T-nuts per back part

- Attach the front and back together using:

- 4x M4x10 or M4x12 screws per mount

- The screws self-tap into the back part , no nuts required.

Notes

- Designed specifically around the Atomstack F30 housing

- Tested on Atomstack A5 Pro

- Should also fit other laser frames using similar 2020 profiles
