Tiny Vise Clamp – Portable & Scalable Mini Vise

The Tiny Vise Clamp is a compact, portable vise designed for securely holding small parts during soldering, assembly, sanding, or other precision tasks. Thanks to its fully scalable design , you can easily resize it in your slicer to create larger or smaller versions depending on your needs.

The vise uses a simple and robust screw mechanism and is optimized for support-free printing , except for the clamp part.

Parts included

- BASE (Body) – Main structure of the vise

- CLAMP – Sliding jaw that moves along the base (requires supports)

- CLAMP INSERT – Contact surface for the workpiece (can be printed in TPU for extra grip)

- SCREW – Moves the clamp forward and backward

- CIRCLIPS – Locks the clamp and screw together

A dedicated slot on the underside of the base allows the circlips to be installed, securing the screw and clamp as one assembly.

Printing notes

- Supports required only for the CLAMP

- All other parts print support-free

- Recommended to print the clamp insert in TPU (optional)
