Description

This project represents a fully modular conveyor belt system , developed as part of a school mechatronics project . The design focuses on simplicity, functionality, and easy customization .

The conveyor is composed of several 3D-printed parts that can be assembled without complex tools. It is designed to work with a DC gear motor , guide rollers, and a flexible belt, making it ideal for demonstrating basic principles of mechanical design, automation, and control systems .

The model can be used for:

- Educational demonstrations

- Automation experiments

- Color or object sorting systems

- Arduino-based control projects

All parts were designed to be printable on common FDM 3D printers without the need for supports (unless stated otherwise).
