Single CW paddle - from one printed part

The model contains one printed part plus a optional cap and a few parts for mounting. There are 11 variants (0 to 10) with different pad stiffness. We recommend printing the medium stiffness marked with the number 5 first and trying out the less or more stiff variants according to your preferences. Stiffer pads can be operated with a smaller stroke.

There are two tapered holes on the bottom, allowing direct mounting using two M3 screws.

How to assembly

Insert the wire into the middle hole and bend the end inside the paddle so that it is long enough to connect the connector.

Screw the M3x10mm screw into the center of the paddle. Then you cut the remaining wires protruding on the front side.

Insert the two guides into the outermost holes.

Screw in two M2x10mm screws on the sides of the paddle. Then you cut the remaining wires protruding on the front side.

Insert the Jack connector and solder the three wires.

Alternatively, you can solder the Jack cable directly and fill the inside with a hot melt gun.

Insert the hex key into the prepared hole so that it is available for later key adjustment.

On the bottom there are two holes 12mm apart for mounting using two M3x10mm screws. Optional parts shown (from left to right):

- Leg strap

- Own custom mount point

- Sliding cover to protect the case during transport
