Description

This is a compact 80mm sliding lock designed to be printed in two interlocking pieces.

The parts print already assembled and are free once removed from the build plate.

Designed to be glued onto flat surfaces — no screws required.

Dimensions:

- Length: 80mm

- Width: 25mm

- Height: 17mm

- Ø6 locking feature

- Integrated sliding slot system

Features:

- Print-in-place design

- No supports required

Printing settings:

- 0.2mm layer height

- 3 perimeters recommended

- PLA or PETG

- Ensure good first layer accuracy for free movement

If your printer is tight on tolerances, slightly adjust XY compensation.
