Voron V0 Dragonburner Sherpa Mini EBB36 Gen2 mount

Description

There were no EBB36 Gen2 mounts for Voron v0 & Dragonburner & Sherpa Mini using all 4 screws, so I made one. I didn't want only 2 screws holding the PCB with all the forces from the stiff umbilical.

I've also included a snap-in cover for the Sherpa Mini for nicer optics. This is the reason spacers with an higher diameter are required. I made my own stronger spacers.

Parts and BOM

You'll also need the provided 2 printed spacers, if you want to use the cover, which have a larger diameter than regular ones. In total you'll need 6 Voron-style heat inserts. 4 for the spacers and 2 for the ebb36 mount. The latter are required for the PCB mounting. 4x m3 bolts are required too. I can't remember the length. Possibly 6mm or 8mm.

Printing

Print orientation as provided. Use support for the ebb36 mount and mouse ears for the cover as indicated in the appropriate image. Brim for the spacers might help too.
