print settings

all parts are pre-orientated.

- print in asa/abs or petg

- 0.2mm layer height

- 0.4mm line width

- 4 walls

- 5 top/bottom layers

- infill 20%

- support can be turned off for most parts. only use support when printed the parts without the improved snap fit hooks.

parts as shown are printed in polymaker polyterra charcoal black, copper parts are spray painted with a chrome effect paint.

assembly

parts needed:

- m2x3 heatset inserts(x4)(optional)

- m2x10 hex socket head screw (x4)

- super glue (optional)

mounting the snap fit hooks

adding the heatset inserts

use a soldering iron to melt the heatset inserts into place. a version without heatset inserts is also available

inserts

some of the inserts are made out of 2 parts, they need to be glued together.

final assembly.

- place the insert into the insert mount

- make sure both parts are aligned properly and the bottom is flush

- place both parts onto the pump cover

- use 4 m2x10 screws to screw the parts together.
