HSW Hot Wheels System – Premium Display Upgrade

Overview

Expand the HSW Hot Wheels Modular Display System to support wider Hot Wheels Premium blister packs .

This upgrade keeps the existing modular rail system and replaces only the components required for the wider Premium card format.

That means you can display Mainline and Premium models using the same basic rail system without rebuilding the entire display.

The existing HSW display rails are reused.

Premium Format Upgrade

Hot Wheels Premium blister cards are wider than standard Mainline packaging.

Instead of creating a completely separate display system, this upgrade uses wider connectors while retaining the original rail geometry.

This keeps the system modular and allows different Hot Wheels formats to share the same basic design.

Modular HSW System

This Premium upgrade is part of the HSW Hot Wheels Modular Display System .

The same rail components used for the standard Mainline display can be reused:

- Left Display Rail

- Right Display Rail

- Left Bottom End Rail

- Right Bottom End Rail

Only the connector width changes for the wider Premium packaging.

This makes it possible to build displays for different Hot Wheels card formats while keeping the same modular structure.

Mounting

The display system can be mounted directly to a wall, wooden panel or other suitable surface.

For integration into an HSW modular wall , use the compatible HSW mounting adapter available with the main display system.

Hardware

- M3 countersunk / flat-head screws

- Recommended length: 8–12 mm depending on the mounting setup

Countersunk screws provide a clean and flush installation.
