Nicotine Pouch Can & Belt Clip (Snus/Zyn Container)

A compact 74 x 23 mm snus/ZYN-style container with a main bottom compartment, a top disposal compartment, and a separate disposal lid.

The model is designed to be simple to print, assemble, and use. No supports or brim are required under normal conditions.

A belt clip is available for each variant as an optional addon for those who want that. It securely holds the container, while allowing easy container removal by lifting the top clip away from the container. Also features a small hook to prevent it from accidentally slipping off as easily. The bottom clip has a fillet that allows the compartment to be opened without having to remove the clip from the container for easier usage.

Bottom:

- Normal bottom: one open main compartment

- Divided bottom: two half-and-half sections separated by an internal divider

Bottom Sizes:

- Slim : Half the height of the standard container Perfect for those with tight pockets or those who want to reduce their usage.

- Standard : Familiar dimensions of commercial containers Perfect for you who just want something unique that fits the contents of an entire commercial container.

- Tall : 50% taller than the standard size Perfect for those who are afraid of running out while out and about.

- Jumbo : Twice as tall as the standard size If you need to bring along two containers worth of snus, especially for a long trip, then this is the variant for you.

Top:

- Normal top : closed disposal compartment, like in commercial containers.

- Perforated top : small perforations allow limited humidity exchange between the used snus compartment and the main container, which may help re-hydrate particularly dry snus.

Belt clip:

- Slim : Fits the Slim size containers

- Standard : Fits the Standard size containers

- Tall : Fits the Tall size containers

- Jumbo : Fits the Jumbo size containers

Lid:

- Disposal compartment lid, fits all bottom/top variants.

For one complete container, print:

- 1x bottom variant

- 1x top variant

- 1x disposal lid

- 1x belt clip variant ( optional )

Choose either the normal or divided bottom in your preferred size, and either the normal or perforated top.

Print orientation

- Bottom parts: print as oriented

- Top parts: print as oriented

- Lid: print from the top side (flip the model upside-down)

- Belt clips: print on either side

Print settings

- Supports: No

- Brim: Not required ( unless there are bed adhesion issues )

- Layer height: 0.15–0.20 mm recommended

- Infill: 100% to avoid small gaps behind potential stress points

- Material: PLA, PETG, or similar
