Segway Navimow X4 RTK GNSS (GPS) antenna mounting bracket (for horizontal surface)

This is a baseplate to mount the Segway Navimow X4 (X430, X450) "EFLS" (RTK GNSS/GPS) antenna base station pole/mast to a horizontal surface (with second design for a surface with a 5º tilt ).

A machine bolt/screw is used affix the pole section to the mounting plate: an M12x1.25mm ("extra fine pitch" threads)x≥30mm length. The bolt screws into a threaded plug welded into the post from the factory, that is normally used attach the pole to the OEM ground spike.

The baseplate is intended to mount to a surface using #8 screws (M4 should also work).

Print orientation:

- Print with the bottom plane flat on the print bed, in the same orientation the plate would attach to the wall.

Suggested filament type:

- PETG or ASA, ideally with carbon fiber or glass fiber reinforcement. TPU-CF could be another good choice if you have it.

Suggested print settings:

- 0.2mm layer height

- 40% infill

- Seam placed along inner screw hole and surface

- Vertical shells: 4

- Top/bottom layers: 5

- Scarf joint placement: everywhere

- Variable layer height with additional layers on the shallow slopes (or just use "adaptive" layer height)

- "Mouse ears" or brim suggested to help keep the mount from curling off the print bed

- Supports to support plane below center bore.

Note: This is specific to the Segway Navimow X4 series of robotic lawnmowers, and possibly also specific to models of such mowers sold in the United States. Antenna dimensions for other Navimow mowers may differ, based on anecdotal reports online.
