BMW M3 E46 Coupé – Moving Wheels – 1:18 / 1:24 / 1:64

The BMW M3 E46 Coupé is the second release in my collection of printable cars with functional moving wheels, following the Nissan Skyline GT-R R34 V-Spec II.

This model represents the standard road-going M3 Coupé . It has been designed for reliable FDM printing, straightforward assembly and free-rolling wheels while retaining the characteristic proportions and details of the original car.

The body and closed underside form one solid printable part. The Style 67-inspired rims, front and rear tyres, brake inserts and wheel caps are supplied as separate elements, allowing different materials and colour combinations to be used.

Each scale was prepared independently. The wheel hubs, pilot holes, clearances and smaller details were adjusted for the appropriate screws instead of simply scaling the complete model.
