Description

A 3D-printable case set for the Lily58 MX , a popular 58-key split ergonomic mechanical keyboard.

This case was originally designed for the PandaKB Lily58 MX , but it is also compatible with standard open-source Lily58 Pro MX builds that use the same PCB outline and mounting-hole layout.

The design includes separate left and right switch plates and bottom cases, making it suitable for both wired and wireless Lily58 builds.

Included 3D-Printed Parts

- Left MX switch plate - Right MX switch plate - Left bottom case - Right bottom case

Compatibility

Designed for:

- PandaKB Lily58 MX - Standard Lily58 Pro MX - Cherry MX-style switches and compatible MX switches - Wired builds - Wireless / ZMK builds

This version is designed for the MX switch layout and is not intended for Choc low-profile switches.

Please note that Lily58-compatible PCBs from different manufacturers may have small differences in PCB outline, mounting-hole locations, or component placement. If you are using a modified or non-standard Lily58 PCB, check the dimensions before printing.

Required Hardware

To assemble both keyboard halves, you will need:

- 16 × M2 × 4 mm countersunk screws - 8 × M2 × 6 mm standoffs

The M2 × 6 mm dimension refers to the standoff height .

These parts are used to secure the switch plates and bottom cases together.

Display Covers

The display covers are designed to be made from acrylic .

Wireless Builds

This case can also be used for wireless Lily58 builds.

This version does not include a dedicated battery compartment in the bottom case.

For wireless builds, it is intended to be used with a compact 301330 LiPo battery , installed in the available space between the MCU module and the main keyboard PCB.

Because there is no battery pocket in the bottom case, larger LiPo batteries may not fit.

A separate version with a dedicated battery compartment in the bottom case may be released in the future.
