Description

This replacement latch was reverse-engineered from the damaged original part inside my Honda Accord smart key fob.

It replaces the small sliding component with the arrow on the back of the fob. This component retains the removable physical emergency key inside the fob and releases it when operated.

The model replaces the latch only. Keep your existing fob housing, electronics, and emergency key.

once printed a 2mm drill bit can be used to clean up the internal relief hole for the spring

printed mine in pa6cf nylon but i would recommend an easier material to work with this part is better suited for sla printing or a .2 nozzle as it is a small piece

Compatibility Designed around my Honda Accord fob marked ACJ932HK1210A .

The following are potential applications to investigate, not confirmed fits for this printed latch :

• 2013–2015 Honda Accord: ACJ932HK1210A smart-key variants. • 2014–2015 Honda Civic: variants sharing the listed Accord smart-key assembly. • 2015–2016 Honda CR-V: ACJ932HK1210A smart-key variants. • 2016–2020 Honda Accord: similar five-button smart-key housings, including remote-start versions. • 2016–2020 Honda Civic: similar five-button smart-key housings, including remote-start versions. • 2015–2020 Honda Fit: KR5V1X smart-key variants. • 2016–2021 Honda HR-V: KR5V1X smart-key variants.

Other fob families worth comparing include ACJ932HK1310A, KR5V2X, and CWTWB1G0090 . Replacement-shell listings group these IDs together for certain five-button remote-start housings, but this does not establish that their internal latch matches this model.

Some Honda Crosstour, CR-Z, Clarity, Insight, Odyssey, Passport, Pilot, and Ridgeline fobs are also listed as accepting the same replacement emergency-key blade. These are additional research candidates only; sharing a key blade does not establish matching housing or latch dimensions.

Check before printing Compare your original latch with the model and photos. Check its dimensions, release-tab position, retaining features, and how it sits inside the housing.

Similar appearance, button count, vehicle year, or FCC ID alone does not guarantee mechanical fit, particularly with aftermarket replacement housings. Remote-start versions may be compatible if their internal latch geometry matches.

If you try it in another fob, please share the vehicle year, model, fob identification, and whether the printed latch retains and releases the emergency key correctly.
