Victorinox Swiss Army Knife 91 mm scales

Replacement scales for Victorinox Swiss Army knife 91 mm.

In the files section there are a few different variants, in particular with and without the slot for the toothpick and tweezers and with and without the Victorinox cross logo; as well as the .step and fusion 360 files.

I also included a version with a chamfer instead of the round fillet.

Print settings

I printed at 0.15 mm layer height with 3 perimeters, 5 bottom/top layers, and 20% gyroid infill; but any settings should be good.

You can print on both sides based on how you prefer the top finish. If you print with the top up (so that the rivets' slot faces the bed) you might need to increase the tolerances to compensate for the bridges.

If the tolerances are too high or too low for your printer you can easily adjust them in the fusion 360 files by changing the parameters Tolerance and PinTolerance.
