Enclosure -IKEA Lack table foldable door

Update: I added a mirrored version of all bottom corners, top corners, and the middle bottom hinge.

This is my version of the IKEA Lack enclosure. It is higher to put a plate of foam and concrete plate/ stone plate under the printer to reduce noises and vibrations. Thats why you need bigger plexiglas with the following dimensions:

3x plexi 445mm x 500mm (3mm thick)

2x plexi 220mm x 500mm (3mm thick)

I recomment to print all parts one by one for better print results. No support needed. All corners are labeled. Mount them as shown in the 3D drawing.

16x rounded head screws 4x20 (to mount the legs on the top corners)

4x rounded head screws 4x20 (for the bottom plugs)

16x rounded head screws 6x60 (to mount all corners) I used 3 screw for each top corners for more stablity.

The hinges are printed in place. You just need to break them open. You will hear a crack. Move them a few times and they are ready. For the hinges you will need:

6x socket head screws 3x10

6x nuts 3

2x magnets ø10x3

1x countersunk screw 3 (for the door stopper)
