Description

Info + features:

- parametric source file (so you can create any length with any amount of hooks that fit your printing plate) - it is on purpose NOT print-in-place , so anyone can have colored hooks - just pick a rack and print required number of hooks for it - it is printed standing → allowing the front surface to be smooth - invisible joint. Even when hook can be put on and off - from the front the joint is completly invisible, so it looks as in print-in-place solution

Print info:

- see 3mf if you can - rack must be printed upside down! - PLA - no supports - no brim (at least for clean plate surface), but use brim for textured plate. - 0.2mm layers but recomending variable layer height for the hook (the higher the thinner layers, because hook is angled towards the top) - infill: recommending at least 10-15% gyroid - with reinforcements especially around: - the joint (especially the part where hook is pressing up when wide opened) - the hole for attachment to the wall - consider higher % when planning to hang extra heavy objects

Parametric info:

- source file is in Blender, open it, between objects, click “RACK” and open properties (or hit “N”) - - params: - hole_width: width of the hole for a hook in cm - hook_count: number of hooks - space_end: distance from one side end to the nearest hook - space_middle: distance between hooks - vertical_gap: gap between hook hole and hook - y_thickness: thickness od the rack and hook (quite experimental, other than default value may work not that well)

I understand that not everybody is familiar with Blender, so if you were not able to modify params in Blender and export it to STL, just write me requirements.

Assembly:

- click the hook inside from the behind, little force is needed - so it is positioned correctly in the joint and can rotate (it must be fully inside, see photos) - from the start it may be tough to move , but that is intentional, after a while of moving it should be easier

Load test:

- hanged on it 5kg (on one hook) and it was looking good
