Description

With this PSU Mount I'm using the fact that the PSU circuit board is screwed to the PSU case, but the screws don't use the full length of the screw thread. This allows us to use the remaining space in the thread to securely mount the PSU.

Printed with Extrudr GreenTEC Pro and 0.2mm layer height.

Assembly - non-printed parts

- 3x No. 6-32 UNC x 1/4 inch screws (same as used for HDDs, 5-7mm length sould be ok, M3 screws won't work!) - 1x M4 x 6-12mm - 4x screws for mounting the holder to the baseplate. The screw hole has a diameter of 4mm and a length of 3mm. 8mm diameter and 3mm length for the screw head hole. The height of the screw head should not exceed 3mm, otherwise you can't use the original Prusa PSU cover anymore. License
