Description
BENEFITS
- printer is more stable and less vibrations - bigger z stepper motor or lower the motor to gain 20+mm - more space for a bigger psu/mcu fan - could be used with or without TPU parts
PARTS
PLA/PETG
3-4 perimeters, 20-30 infill. The heavier it is, the more stable the printer is. No supports needed if you print in current orientation (with holes on a vertical wall - see bellow).
foot_normal.stl - you can print a set of 4 foot_cables.stl - If you route your cables on back-right profile
TPU/FLEX
3-4 perimeters, 20-30 infill depends on your TPU flexibility. No supports needed if you print in current orientation (with the tip up - see bellow).
base_normal.stl - you can print a set of 4 base_cables.stl - If you route your cables on back-right profile
BOM - for one foot
- 2 x M5x20mm Hex Socket Head Screws - 2 x M5 t-nuts Disadvantage: you will need to relocate the display - but this could be a very fun side project :)
