Description

This mount extends the maximum camera distance of the Andonstar AD407/AD409 microscope camera for more overview when soldering. The minimum distance (=maximum magnification) can still (almost) be reached by lowering the arm to the closest distance. The focus ring is accessible through the tower window.

Printed with PLA and 20% infill. No supports needed.

Depending on your printer precision you might need to rasp down the baseplate tooth a little bit for perfect fitting.

Two M4x25 screws, rings and nuts are needed for mounting.

A little rubber band between the microscope and the top of the extension tower can increase friction if the display starts moving when focussing.

Freecad model and .stl attached. Have fun!
