This rugged MicroSD card case is designed to keep your storage media organized and protected from dust and sand . It is ideal for safely transporting or storing MicroSD cards and adapters without them getting loose or damaged.

🖨 Printing Recommendations

- Material: PETG or TPU

- Wall count: 2

- Top / Bottom layers: 2

- Infill: ~20 %

🔧 Assembly & Tips

- Print the case and latches in PETG for durability

- Print the seal in TPU for flexibility and a snug fit

- PLA is possible if the case is mostly used indoors

- If no seal is required, it can simply be omitted

🔩 Required Parts

- 3× M3×30 screws (stainless steel recommended, galvanized also works)

- Foam insert for the lid to keep MicroSD cards securely in place

💡 Foam Tip

I used 30 mm thick acoustic foam I had available. Packing foam from Creality or Prusa printer boxes also works well when cut to size.
