3DChameleon Mk3 Mounts for the Sovol SV-06 (and Plus) including 3DClippy filament cutter.

This is the full set of printed parts and PrusaSlicer profile to mount the 3DChameleon Mk3 onto the Sovol SV-06 printer and the SV-06 Plus. This set includes the 3DClippy filament cutter used to cut off the tip of the filament so it can be easily reloaded without the need to do any form of tip shaping. The SV-06 Plus also needs the switch flag mounted (replaces the left rear bearing holder on the build plate.) Either one of them need a spring or rubberband to reset the lever, which is the only component needed that is not included in the 3DChameleon kit.

The included PrusaSlicer profile already has the 3DClippy and the switch location accounted for in it. Note there are two profiles, one for Mode 2 capable machines with the original extruder design and the later Mode 3 capable machines, which allow for longer loading and unloading distances. Do NOT use Mode 2 if you have a 3DClippy, you need to use the Mode 3 profile. Mode 2 only works on the unmodified original extruder.

Here is a video of it installed on the SV-06. (The 3DChameleon is mounted on top using the angled mount and is attached where the original spool holder was positioned.)

Lastly, there is an additional model of the Switch Trigger Flag (to replace the left rear Y axis bearing mount) to allow the Plus printer to trigger the same switch mount as the standard SV-06.
