Description

Note: That the image is of the previous BlueSCSI v2, which I have designed a bracket for in the past. This bracket is for the 2023.10a. A bracket for the previous version is also available.

Features

There is a slot in the side to make firmware upgrades on the Raspberry Pi Pico easy, and there's plenty of room below the board in the bracket, so you shouldn't need to trim the Raspberry Pi Pico pin headers after soldering.

It has been tested with Macintosh SE and SE/30. It is expected to fit in the Classic II, LCII, LCIII, Performa 475, and most other Macs from the same vintage (as it uses the exact same geometry as my discontinued SCSI2SD bracket).

On the black-and-white compact machines (SE, SE/30, Classic II), the bracket is mounted upside-down with the SCSI logo facing up. On LC-series machines, the board faces up.

Parts

- BlueSCSI v2

- 3 M3x5 screws

- Four original hard drive screws (likely to be #6-32)

- Hard drive mounting bracket that came with the machine
