I have used sunnyspeed-3d's www.thingiverse.com/thing:3812001 design and made it be modular and fit onto LEGO Storage Bricks.

Our kids have LEGO storage Bricks for storing their Lego Duplo. While I might not recommend the boxes themselves due to the price/storage space ratio, we do have them and the Lego Duplo train tracks have a hard time fitting inside. So this is the modular track storage tower for Lego Duplo train tracks.

I designed the base part to fit a Lego Storage Brick lid. There is also a plain base available for all people who want to just have this thing on the ground. The Tower is built out of multiple middle parts (in my pictures 2, but can also be 0) and a top part. A part fits 22 train track pieces (11/side) and has a usable height of 15 cm.
