1/24 Scale 3D Models: Cars, Kit Cards and Dioramas

This collection gathers 3D models built around the 1/24 scale, from car kits and printed kit cards to crawler obstacles and small furniture. It is useful when you want several parts of a scene to share one scale so they can sit together on a shelf or a diorama base. Each listing comes from a different author, so the STL files, part counts and print advice vary from one entry to the next. Polyzon does not confirm whether models are free, their price, license, official status, affiliation, safety or fitness. Check the current terms at the source.

«1/24 Scale 3D Models: Cars, Kit Cards and Dioramas»

Vehicle subjects dominate: coupes, sports cars, rally and racing shapes, plus working trucks and loaders. Some arrive as multi-part kits that need glue and paint, while others are flat kit cards where the parts are printed in place and then snapped out and folded together. Crawler terrain pieces and obstacle sections form a separate group, aimed at small radio-controlled builds rather than static display.

Scale is the first thing to confirm, because a model marked for this size can still be modelled at a slightly different proportion or trimmed to fit a chassis. Look at the part count and whether the author describes assembly steps, then check the notes on supports, layer height and material, since thin body panels, mirrors and small fittings behave differently in resin and in filament. Photos of finished prints usually show more than the render does.

If the results feel narrow, try related wording: scale model car, diecast alternative, slot car body, garage diorama, or the same scale in furniture and workshop accessories. Searching by body style, era or vehicle type often turns up more than searching by scale alone, and combining a scale term with a part type such as wheels, axles or interiors widens the field further.

FAQ

Preguntas frecuentes

What does 1/24 mean for a 3D model?
It is a ratio: one unit on the printed model equals twenty-four of the same units on the real object. A car of about four and a half metres in real length therefore comes out roughly eighteen to nineteen centimetres long, depending on how the author measured it.
What is a kit card?
It is a flat printed sheet in which the parts of a model are held in a frame. You print it as one piece, then separate the parts and assemble them, which avoids printing many small items separately.
Can these models be used with RC chassis?
Some are designed around small crawler or car chassis, and others are static display pieces. The listing usually states whether the body is meant to be mounted on a chassis or kept as a shelf model, so check that before printing.
Which material works for small parts?
Resin printing tends to hold fine detail on thin panels and small fittings, while filament is common for larger bodies and terrain. The author's notes on the model page are the most useful guide, since wall thickness varies between designs.
