DJI Propeller 3D Models: Guards, Holders, Blades

This collection gathers 3D models built around DJI drone propellers, from guards and transport holders to replacement blades and parametric designs. It is useful when you want to protect folded props, carry a drone safely or experiment with your own blade geometry on a 3D printer. Most files are small parts, so a few grams of filament and a short STL print are often enough. Polyzon does not confirm whether models are free, their price, license, official status, affiliation, safety or fitness. Check the current terms at the source.

«DJI Propeller 3D Models: Guards, Holders, Blades»

The models fall into a few groups. Guards and bumpers wrap around the propeller arc, holders and clamps keep blades folded for storage, and cases cover the whole propeller set during transport. Alongside these, there are replacement blades, multi-blade variants and parametric generators that let you set diameter, pitch and blade count yourself. Some files are complete frames or mounts sized for larger propellers rather than for a specific airframe.

Before printing, read the author's page for the drone model and propeller size the part was drawn around, since a guard or clamp made for one shell rarely lines up with another. Check the number of parts and how they join, whether screws, magnets or snap fits are used, and whether supports are needed for the overhangs. The material and settings the author lists matter too: thin guards and clamps behave differently in a brittle filament than in a tougher one, and blade-like parts need to be printed with the right orientation for strength. Photos of real prints show how the part actually sits on the drone.

To narrow the results, search by the part you need rather than the brand alone: guard, bumper, holder, clamp, case, cover or blade. Adding the drone generation or propeller diameter helps, as does the material you plan to use. Related terms such as quadcopter, FPV, drone frame or parametric propeller can surface designs that are not labelled with a specific model name.

FAQ

Preguntas frecuentes

What is the difference between a propeller guard and a propeller holder?
A guard sits around the spinning blades to protect them from contact, while a holder or clamp keeps the blades folded when the drone is stored or carried. Some designs combine both functions in one part.
How do I know a propeller part will fit my drone?
The author's page usually states the drone model and propeller size the part was designed around. Compare those dimensions with your own drone and propeller diameter before printing.
Do these parts need supports?
It depends on the geometry. Guards with arches and clamps with cut-outs often need supports, while flat covers and simple holders may print without them. The model page usually indicates what the author used.
Can I print replacement propeller blades?
Blade files exist, including parametric ones where you set the diameter and blade count. Printed blades behave differently from moulded ones, so check the material, layer orientation and balancing notes on the model page.
