FPV Servo Mounts and Gimbals: 3D Models to Print

This collection gathers printable parts that connect small servos to FPV cameras, from simple brackets to multi-axis gimbals and servo-driven vehicles. It is aimed at anyone building or repairing an FPV setup who wants to print a mount rather than buy one. Each listing comes from a different author, so the STL files vary in how they are modeled and documented. Polyzon does not confirm whether models are free, their price, license, official status, affiliation, safety or fitness. Check the current terms at the source.

«FPV Servo Mounts and Gimbals: 3D Models to Print»

The models fall into a few groups. Some are plain holders that clamp a camera board to a single servo horn and give one axis of movement. Others combine two or three axes, with separate brackets for tilt and roll, and often include a place for the camera body or air unit. A further group uses servos to steer tracked or wheeled vehicles rather than to move a camera, so the printed parts are chassis and turret pieces instead of camera mounts.

When you open a model page, look first at the servo size the author names and the horn pattern, then at the camera dimensions and mounting holes. Check how many separate parts the model has and whether they are meant to be glued, screwed or pressed together. Read the notes on supports, layer orientation and material, and look at photos of finished prints to see how the assembly sits on the frame. Small parts such as horn adapters and thin arms are the ones most likely to need a different orientation or a stronger material.

If the results are too narrow, try related wording. Searches for pan and tilt, camera bracket, gimbal holder, servo horn adapter or antenna tracker often lead to the same kind of part under a different name. Adding the camera family, the frame class or the vehicle type narrows the list, while searching for the servo model number alone can surface mounts that were not labeled as FPV parts.

FAQ

Preguntas frecuentes

Which servo sizes appear in these models?
Most listings are built around micro and mini servos, while a smaller group uses standard-size metal-gear servos for heavier pan and tilt units. The author usually states the size and the horn type on the model page.
Do these mounts need supports?
It depends on the shape. Flat brackets often print without them, while arms, turret shells and parts with overhangs may need supports or a split into separate pieces. Check the print notes the author provides.
How do I choose between one axis and a pan and tilt mount?
A single-axis holder is simpler and lighter, and it moves the camera in one direction only. A pan and tilt assembly adds a second servo and more parts, which gives more range of movement at the cost of weight and setup time.
Can a mount made for one camera be used with another?
Sometimes, if the hole spacing and body size are close. Compare the dimensions listed on the model page with your camera before printing, and be ready to adjust the mounting holes in the file.
