Speaker Grille and Enclosure STL Models

This collection gathers 3D printing files for speaker grilles, protective mesh, mounting rings and small enclosures. You will find parts sized around common driver diameters as well as complete housings with room for electronics. It helps when an original grille is missing or when a speaker is being built from scratch. Polyzon does not confirm whether models are free, their price, license, official status, affiliation, safety or fitness. Check the current terms at the source.

«Speaker Grille and Enclosure STL Models»

The models fall into a few groups. Flat grilles and honeycomb mesh protect a cone without blocking sound, while rings, grommets and side-panel mounts hold a grille or a driver in a cabinet. There are also full enclosures, from compact Bluetooth boxes to sound bars and desktop monitors, where the printed shell carries the electronics and the driver. Themed housings add a display or a retro shape to the same idea.

Before printing, read the model page: the driver diameter or the diagonal it was drawn around, the number of separate parts and how they join, and whether the author used supports. Wall thickness matters on a grille, because thin bars flex and thick ones close the openings. Check the material and settings the author lists, and look at photos of real prints to judge how the mesh and the mounting holes came out.

If a search returns little, try other words for the same part: grille, grill, mesh, cover, baffle, mounting ring, bezel. Adding a size or a format helps, for example 165 mm, 6.5 inch, 6x9 or subwoofer. Related topics such as speaker enclosure, sound bar, amplifier case or car door panel often lead to parts that fit the same project.

FAQ

Preguntas frecuentes

How do I pick the right grille size for my speaker?
Measure the outer diameter of the driver frame and the opening it sits in, then compare both with the dimensions on the model page. A grille drawn for a slightly larger frame can often be scaled, but the bar thickness changes with it.
Do printed speaker grilles need supports?
It depends on the shape. Flat grilles and honeycomb panels usually print without them, while domed covers, curved edges and recessed mounting tabs may need support under the overhangs.
Which material works for a speaker grille?
Rigid filaments hold thin bars better, and softer ones absorb impact but flex more. The author's page usually names the material and settings used for the shown print.
Can I scale a grille model to another diameter?
Yes, but scaling changes the mesh openings and the wall thickness along with the size. Check the mounting holes after scaling, since screw spacing does not scale with the rest of the part.
