3D Models for Headlight Mounts and Brackets

This collection gathers STL files for headlight mounts, brackets and adapters for motorcycles, cars, bicycles, scooters and trikes. It is useful when a stock holder is broken, missing or does not match the lamp you plan to install. Most parts are small enough to print on a common 3D printer, though the mounting geometry differs from one vehicle to another. Polyzon does not confirm whether models are free, their price, license, official status, affiliation, safety or fitness. Check the current terms at the source.

Sobre la categoría

«3D Models for Headlight Mounts and Brackets»

Motorcycle mounts are the largest group: brackets that clamp to a fork tube, a triple clamp or a mask, sometimes with a tilt adjustment. Car mounts usually position a lamp housing or a projector inside the original opening. Bicycle and e-bike versions clamp to a handlebar or a front rack, while scooter mounts follow the shape of a stem or fairing. Trike and recumbent listings often combine a headlight with a phone or computer holder on one bar.

Before printing, measure the tube or bar diameter, the bolt spacing and the lamp body you want to attach, then compare them with the dimensions on the model page. Look at the number of parts and how they assemble, whether the author mentions supports, and which material and settings are listed. Photos of real prints show how the clamp closes and how much material sits around the screw holes.

If the first search gives little, try synonyms such as headlamp, front light, bracket, holder, clamp or adapter, and add the vehicle type or a diameter. Related topics include light masks, projector mounts, accessory bars and handlebar extensions. Narrowing by part type rather than by vehicle often brings up a design that can be adapted.

FAQ

Preguntas frecuentes

How do I check whether a mount matches my fork or handlebar?
Compare the tube or bar diameter and the clamp shape on the model page with your own measurement. Many listings state the size directly in the title or in the dimensions section.
Do these brackets need supports when printed?
It depends on the shape. Flat plates and simple L-brackets often print without them, while curved clamps and overhanging arms may need them, and the author's page usually says which case applies.
Which material is used for a headlight mount?
Authors commonly list PETG, ABS or ASA for parts that see vibration and weather. Check the material and settings the author recommends, along with the wall count and infill.
Can a mount made for one vehicle be adapted to another?
Sometimes, by scaling the part or editing the bolt holes. Check the hole sizes, wall thickness and clearance around the lamp before committing to a print.
