Quadcopter 3D Models: Frames, Props and FPV Parts

This collection gathers 3D models tied to quadcopters: frames, complete bodies, propellers and small mechanical parts. It is aimed at people who build or repair drones and want to print components on a 3D printer rather than buy them. The STL files come from several platforms, so the level of detail and documentation differs from one model to the next. Polyzon does not confirm whether models are free, their price, license, official status, affiliation, safety or fitness. Check the current terms at the source.

«Quadcopter 3D Models: Frames, Props and FPV Parts»

The models fall into a few groups. Frames and chassis are the most common: plate-style bodies with arms, mounting holes and space for electronics. Complete quadcopter shells are printed as one or several pieces and often imitate a specific look. Propellers appear both in conventional two- and three-blade shapes and in toroidal designs, where the blade loops back into the hub. Motor mounts, landing legs and camera holders make up the smaller parts.

Before printing, open the author's model page and read what is listed there: overall size and motor spacing, the number of separate parts and how they join, whether supports are needed, and the material and settings the author used. Wall thickness and layer orientation matter on arms and mounts, since these take the load. Photos of real prints are more informative than renders, especially for thin plates and threaded holes.

If a search returns too little, widen it with related wording: drone, FPV, cinewhoop, racing quad, frame, chassis, propeller, toroidal propeller, tri-blade, motor mount, landing gear. Searching by part type instead of the whole aircraft usually brings more results. Combining a part name with a size or a build style also narrows the list.

The same airframe can be published under different names, so it helps to compare several entries before choosing one. Check whether the model is a single printable body or a set of plates that must be assembled with screws, and whether the file set includes the small clips and spacers that hold the parts together.

FAQ

Preguntas frecuentes

What else do I need to print besides the frame?
Most builds also need arms, motor mounts, landing legs or a camera holder, and these are often published as separate models. Check the parts list on the author's page to see what the frame file set already covers.
Which material is used for printed quadcopter parts?
Authors usually state the material they printed with, and common choices range from PLA and PETG to nylon and fibre-reinforced blends. Stiffness and impact behaviour differ between them, so read the notes on the model page.
How do I check that a propeller model fits my motors?
Look at the hub bore, the mounting hole pattern and the blade diameter given on the model page, then compare them with your motor specifications. Scale the model only if the author confirms the proportions.
Can a whole quadcopter be printed in one piece?
Some models are single-body shells, while others are split into plates and brackets that are fastened together. The page usually shows the part count and assembly order.
