Quadcopter 3D Models: STL Frames, FPV Drones, Parts

This collection gathers 3D printing files for quadcopters: frames and chassis, complete airframes, FPV and cinewhoop bodies, propellers and drive parts. It is useful when you want to build or repair a drone and prefer to print the structural parts yourself. Most entries are STL models meant for a 3D printer, with the electronics bought separately. Polyzon does not confirm whether models are free, their price, license, official status, affiliation, safety or fitness. Check the current terms at the source.

«Quadcopter 3D Models: STL Frames, FPV Drones, Parts»

The models differ in how much of the aircraft they cover. Some are single parts such as a frame plate, a motor mount or a set of propellers, while others are full airframes that combine arms, a body and mounting points for motors and a flight controller. FPV and cinewhoop designs tend to have enclosed or ducted bodies, whereas larger frames stay open and rely on separate landing gear or standoffs.

When choosing a model, read the author's page before printing. Check the stated size and scale, the number of parts and how they join, whether supports are needed, and which material and settings the author lists. Photos of real prints show how the frame behaves in practice, and the motor or propeller dimensions given in the description tell you whether your electronics will fit the mounting holes.

To narrow the search, try synonyms and related terms: drone, FPV, cinewhoop, racing quad, frame, arm, propeller, toroidal propeller, motor mount, flight controller holder. Adding a size or class word, or the name of a common frame layout, usually returns fewer but more relevant results. Related topics such as camera mounts, landing gear and battery holders are worth checking as well.

FAQ

Preguntas frecuentes

What parts of a quadcopter can be 3D printed?
Frames, arms, camera mounts, landing gear, antenna holders, propeller guards and motor mounts are common. Motors, ESCs, flight controllers, batteries and radio gear are normally bought as components.
Which material is used for printed drone frames?
Authors often list PLA, PETG, ABS, nylon or carbon-fibre-filled filaments, each with its own stiffness and weight. The choice depends on the frame size and how much vibration and impact it has to take.
Do printed propellers work on any quadcopter?
Printed propellers need to match the motor shaft, the mounting pattern and the frame clearance. Check the diameter, pitch and blade count given on the model page against your motor specifications.
How do I find a frame for a specific build size?
Search by class or diagonal size, then by the component you need, such as frame, arm or mount. Comparing the dimensions in the description with your motors and battery is the quickest way to filter results.
