Money Gift Envelopes and Boxes: 3D Models to Print

This collection gathers 3D models built around giving or storing cash: envelopes, boxes, wallets, organizers and shaped novelty items. Most of them are small, flat or hollow parts that a 3D printer handles in a single run. It is useful when you want the container to match the occasion rather than buy a generic card. Polyzon does not confirm whether models are free, their price, license, official status, affiliation, safety or fitness. Check the current terms at the source.

À propos de la catégorie

«Money Gift Envelopes and Boxes: 3D Models to Print»

The range splits into a few practical groups. Flat envelopes and sleeves are the simplest, often a folded or sliding shape with a slot for a banknote or a gift card. Boxes, cash boxes and piggy banks are bulkier and may include a lid, a lock tab or an internal divider. Wallets and card cases combine several pockets, so they print as one piece or as a body plus a thin insert. Game organizers are different again: they are trays sized for paper money, houses and tokens rather than for a single gift.

When choosing a model, read the author's page before downloading. Check the stated size and scale against the banknote format you plan to use, since envelope and box dimensions vary by country. Look at how many parts there are and whether they need glue, screws or a hinge pin, and whether the author lists supports, layer height, infill or material. Photos of real prints are the most useful signal for wall thickness and for how cleanly a thin slot comes out.

For a cleaner result, think about orientation first: flat envelopes print well lying down, while tall boxes may need a brim for stability. If a model feels too plain, search for related terms such as money holder, cash gift box, piggy bank, card wallet, tip jar or coin tray. Adding an occasion or a shape to the query, for example wedding, birthday or a specific animal, usually narrows the results faster than browsing the whole topic.

FAQ

Questions fréquentes

What is the difference between a money envelope and a money box model?
An envelope is usually a flat sleeve or folded shape that holds a banknote or card and stays thin. A box is a closed container with a lid or opening, so it takes longer to print and often uses more material.
How do I pick the right size for a banknote?
Check the dimensions listed on the model page and compare them with the note you intend to use. If the author gives no measurements, look at the photos for scale references or ask in the comments.
Do these models need supports?
It depends on the shape. Flat envelopes and open trays often print without them, while overhangs on lids, handles or curved novelty items may need them. The author's page usually states what was used.
Can I change the text or the shape of a money holder?
Many files are plain geometry that you can edit in a modeling program before slicing, for example to change a name, a date or a slot width. Check the file format first, since not every download includes an editable source.
