FPV Battery Holders: 3D Models and STL Files

This collection gathers 3D printing models that hold, stack or mount batteries for FPV drones and goggles. It covers both cylindrical cell trays and cradles shaped around small LiPo packs, plus brackets that attach a battery to a frame. The files are useful when you want a holder sized to the cells or packs you already fly with. Polyzon does not confirm whether models are free, their price, license, official status, affiliation, safety or fitness. Check the current terms at the source.

«FPV Battery Holders: 3D Models and STL Files»

The models fall into a few groups. Trays for AA, AAA and 18650 cells often stack or link together, so a set can grow with the number of cells you store. Cradles for drone and goggle packs are shaped around a specific pack format and usually hold it flat or at an angle. Frame mounts and brackets are smaller parts that clamp a pack to a quadcopter, and some designs use a flexible material with an integrated spring or a hinged lid printed in one piece.

When choosing a file, read the model page for the dimensions the author gives and compare them with your actual cell or pack. Check how many parts the holder has and whether they need screws, straps or glue. Look at whether the author lists a material and print settings, since thin clips and springs behave differently in rigid and flexible filaments, and see whether supports are needed for overhangs. Photos of real prints on the page show how the part fits together better than a render.

To widen the search, try the terms people use for the same thing: battery tray, battery mount, battery bracket, cell holder, pack cradle. Adding the pack format or cell type narrows results, as does combining a holder with a related topic such as drone frames, goggle accessories or workshop storage. If a search returns little, drop the brand wording and describe the shape instead, for example a clamp, a box with a lid or a rail-mounted cradle.

FAQ

Questions fréquentes

What is the difference between a battery holder and a battery mount?
A holder usually stores or carries cells and packs, often as a tray or box. A mount is the smaller part that fixes a pack to a frame or strap during flight. Some models combine both roles.
Which filament works for a holder with a spring or clip?
Flexible filaments are common for parts that bend, such as integrated springs and snap clips. Rigid filaments suit trays and brackets that only need to keep their shape. The author's page usually states what the design was drawn for.
How do I check that a holder fits my pack?
Compare the inner dimensions on the model page with the measured length, width and height of your pack or cell. Also check the wall thickness and any clearance the author mentions for straps or connectors.
Can a holder be scaled to another cell size?
Scaling changes wall thickness and clip geometry along with the cavity, so a scaled part may no longer fit together. It is usually safer to look for a model drawn for that cell size.
