Meshtastic Node Cases and Mounts: 3D Models & STL

This collection gathers 3D models built around Meshtastic and LoRa hardware: enclosures for compact boards, housings for larger tracker nodes, and mounts that hold them in place. It is useful when you already have a board and want a printed shell or bracket rather than a loose assembly. Most files are made for desktop 3D printing, and many are drawn around a specific board revision. Polyzon does not confirm whether models are free, their price, license, official status, affiliation, safety or fitness. Check the current terms at the source.

«Meshtastic Node Cases and Mounts: 3D Models & STL»

The models fall into a few groups. Compact cases wrap small Heltec-style boards and usually leave openings for the display, USB port and antenna. Larger enclosures fit T-Beam and T114 class nodes, with extra room for a GPS module, battery or switch. Separate holders and brackets are meant for poles, walls or solar panels, and some panels with a repeating mesh pattern are decorative rather than part of a node.

When choosing a file, open the author's model page and read the details before printing. Check which board revision and dimensions the case was drawn for, how many parts it has and how they join, whether the lid snaps or takes screws, and whether the geometry needs supports. Look at the material and print settings the author lists, and at photos of real prints, since wall thickness and tolerances decide whether a board fits.

Search results improve when you try related wording. Instead of one term, combine the board name with words like enclosure, shell, bracket, mount, holder or tracker, and add terms such as antenna clearance, battery compartment or belt clip. If you want a different look, look at decorative mesh panels and patterned sheets, which use the same search word but serve a separate purpose.

FAQ

Questions fréquentes

How do I know if a case fits my board revision?
Board revisions differ in port placement, display size and mounting holes. Compare the dimensions and revision noted on the model page with your own board before printing.
Do these enclosures need supports?
It depends on the shape: overhangs around ports, lids and antenna openings often do. The author's page usually states whether supports are needed and where.
What should I check for an outdoor node?
Look at how the case handles the antenna, cable entry and ventilation, and read the material and settings the author lists. Outdoor conditions vary, so judge from the geometry and the notes given.
Can I scale a case to fit another board?
Scaling changes screw holes, port openings and wall thickness at the same time, so it rarely fixes a mismatch. It is safer to find a model drawn for your board.
