Meshtastic Node Cases: 3D Models and STL Files

This collection gathers 3D models for Meshtastic nodes: cases for the boards used in mesh networks, tracker bodies and holders for power cells. Most files are small enclosures, so they usually print on a desktop 3D printer. Browse by board name or by the kind of node you want to build. Polyzon does not confirm whether models are free, their price, license, official status, affiliation, safety or fitness. Check the current terms at the source.

«Meshtastic Node Cases: 3D Models and STL Files»

The largest group is cases shaped around specific development boards, with openings for USB ports, displays and antennas. A second group covers trackers and outdoor nodes, where the shell also has to hold a GPS module and a battery. There are also slim bodies for pocket nodes and mounts that attach a node to a phone or a bag with a magnet.

Before printing, open the author's model page and compare the board revision, since pin headers, display size and connector positions differ between versions. Look at the number of parts, the screws or inserts the assembly needs, and whether the author lists supports, layer height and material. Photos of finished prints show how the lid closes and where the antenna exits.

To narrow the results, search by board family or by the part you need, such as an enclosure, a lid, a battery tray or a belt mount. Related terms include LoRa node, mesh node, tracker case and antenna holder. If a board name gives nothing, try the chip or module it uses, or the words case and enclosure separately.

FAQ

Questions fréquentes

What should I check before printing a Meshtastic node case?
Compare the board revision and connector layout described on the author's page with the hardware you have. Also read the listed print settings and any assembly notes about screws or inserts.
Do these enclosures leave room for a battery?
Some do: many bodies are shaped around a single cylindrical cell or a flat pack, while others are only a shell for the board. The model page usually states which cell size the cavity takes.
Can I use these models for a node with a GPS module?
Tracker-oriented designs leave space and an opening for the module and its antenna. Check the dimensions given on the page against the module you plan to use.
How do I find a case for a board that is not listed?
Search by the module name, the chip, or a related board family. Synonyms such as enclosure, shell, housing and mount often return different results.
