3D Models for Monitor Lamps: Mounts, Risers, Adapters

This collection gathers STL files for monitor lamps and for the parts that hold them: edge mounts, risers, adapters and brackets for arms or rails. Most entries are small prints that solve a fitting problem between a lamp and a screen. It is useful when a lamp you already own does not sit where you want it on a desk or a 3D printer frame. Polyzon does not confirm whether models are free, their price, license, official status, affiliation, safety or fitness. Check the current terms at the source.

«3D Models for Monitor Lamps: Mounts, Risers, Adapters»

The models fall into a few groups. Edge mounts and clamps grip the top of a screen, while risers lift a light bar above the panel or clear of a webcam. Adapters and holders are shaped around a particular lamp tube or a particular monitor model, and a separate group attaches lamps to VESA plates, articulating arms, rails or pegboards.

Before printing, measure the lamp tube or bar, the thickness of the screen or bezel, and the hole pattern you plan to bolt to; a few millimetres decide whether a holder grips or shifts. Look at the part count and assembly on the model page, whether the author used supports, and the material and settings listed. Photos of real prints show how the finished piece meets the screen edge.

If the first search is thin, try other names for the same object: monitor light bar, screen light, LED bar mount, desk lamp holder, VESA adapter, rail or pegboard holder, printer light mount. Related searches include webcam shelf, cable clip and headphone hook, which often share the same clamp geometry.

FAQ

Questions fréquentes

What should I measure before printing a monitor lamp mount?
The diameter or width of the lamp tube or bar, the thickness of the screen or bezel where the part grips, and the spacing of any VESA holes or rail slots. Also note the angle the lamp should sit at, since some holders fix it in one position.
Do these mounts usually need supports?
It depends on the shape: clamps with overhangs and screw bosses often do, while flat plates and simple brackets may print without them. The author's page usually states whether supports were used and in which orientation.
How can I adapt a holder to a different lamp or monitor?
Check whether the model includes a parametric file or notes on scaling, and compare the critical dimensions with your own hardware. A small change to a tube diameter or hole spacing is often enough, but scaling a whole part shifts every dimension.
Where do these parts attach if there is no VESA mount?
Many designs clamp to the screen edge, sit on a desk riser, or hook onto a rail or pegboard. Some are built for printer frames, which use the same kind of slot and bracket.
