3D Printed GPS Mounts and Antenna Brackets (STL)

This collection gathers 3D models that hold GPS modules, antennas and navigation devices in place: FPV drone brackets, handlebar holders and ball-socket adapters. It is useful when a stock mount does not fit the module, frame or bar you already have. Every file is meant for 3D printing, so the exact geometry depends on the hardware you intend to attach. À propos de la catégorie

«3D Printed GPS Mounts and Antenna Brackets (STL)»

The largest group covers FPV drones, where a single bracket often carries a GPS module together with antennas or a radio link. These parts differ by frame size, mounting hole pattern and the angle at which the antenna sits. Separate holders clamp a GPS module to a frame plate or to a battery strap, which changes how the wiring is routed.

Bicycle and motorcycle mounts form another group: clamps for handlebars, holders for dedicated GPS units and cradles for phones used as navigation screens. They differ in bar diameter, clamp style and how the device is secured. Ball-socket adapters and display brackets are a third group, used to join a device to a stand or a machine frame.

Before printing, read the author's page: the size and scale, the number of parts and how they assemble, whether supports are needed, the material and settings listed, and photos of real prints. Check the hole spacing against your module or device, and measure your bar or tube diameter. If a search returns little, try related terms such as antenna bracket, module holder, handlebar clamp, action camera mount or device cradle, and combine them with the frame or device type.

FAQ

Questions fréquentes

What do I need to measure before printing a GPS mount?
Measure the mounting hole spacing and thickness of your GPS module, the diameter of the bar or tube it attaches to, and the clearance around the antenna. Compare these with the dimensions the author lists.
Which material works for mounts exposed to vibration?
Authors often list a material and settings on the model page. Stiffer filaments hold threads and screw holes better, while softer ones absorb vibration. Follow the listed settings as a starting point.
Do these mounts need supports?
It depends on the shape. Brackets with overhangs or enclosed screw channels usually need them, while flat plates and simple clamps often print without. The model page or a sliced preview shows this.
Can one mount fit several GPS modules?
Some designs use slotted or multi-hole patterns so a bracket accepts more than one module size. Check the listed hole spacing and the space around the module before assuming a fit.
