Thrustmaster Sim Racing 3D Models and STL Parts

This collection gathers 3D-printable parts built around Thrustmaster sim racing hardware: wheel and base adapters, dust covers, phone holders, shifter knobs and rig mounts. It is useful when a stock part is missing, worn or does not match the rest of a setup, and a printed replacement can be made on a 3D printer. Most files are small STL parts that fit around existing metal or plastic components. Polyzon does not confirm whether models are free, their price, license, official status, affiliation, safety or fitness. Check the current terms at the source.

«Thrustmaster Sim Racing 3D Models and STL Parts»

The parts fall into a few groups that behave differently. Adapters and quick releases change how a wheel, base or shifter connects, so they carry load and depend on exact hole spacing. Dust covers and shields are thin shells that sit over a base or connector and mainly need to follow a curved surface. Phone holders, knobs and rig brackets sit in between: they are mostly static, but knobs and mounts still take force from your hand or from the weight of the hardware.

Before printing, read the author's page for the measurements that matter: bore diameter, bolt circle, screw size and spacing, overall height and wall thickness. Check whether the model is split into several parts and how they join, whether overhangs need supports, and which material and settings the author lists. Photos of real prints show how the surface and the fit turned out, and a test print of the mating area saves filament if the dimensions are close but not exact.

To widen the results, search by function rather than by product name: wheel adapter, hub, quick release, dust shield, shifter knob, button box, rig mount, cable clip. Related terms such as sim racing, simrig, wheel base, HOTAS and profile rig often surface parts that a single brand word misses. If a model is close but not exact, look for a version made for your base or shifter before considering scaling, since scaling changes every hole at once.

FAQ

Questions fréquentes

What should I measure before printing a wheel or shifter adapter?
Measure the bore diameter, the bolt circle, the screw size and the distance between holes on both sides of the joint. Compare those numbers with the dimensions the author lists, since a small difference in spacing can stop the part from seating.
Do these parts need supports?
It depends on the shape. Flat covers and brackets often print without them, while adapters with overhanging bores or recessed screw holes usually need supports. The author's notes and the model orientation give the clearest answer.
Which filament is used for parts that take load?
Authors often name the material they used, commonly PETG, ABS, ASA or a filled filament for stressed parts. Check the model page and the settings listed there, and keep in mind that a knob or mount is loaded differently from a thin cover.
Can a model made for one wheel base be used on another?
Only if the mounting points match. Scaling a file changes every dimension, including the holes, so it is usually better to look for a version made for your specific base or shifter.
