The range is wider than it first looks. Calibration plates are flat and thin, made to show how the first layer spreads across the bed. Landmark models are solid and detailed, often split into a base and a figure or a building. Clips, eyelets and shields sit in between: small functional parts whose shape follows the thickness of a pipe, a blanket or a sheet of PVC.

When choosing a model, open the author's page and read what is listed there. Check the stated size and scale, the number of separate parts and whether they need assembly, and whether the author mentions supports. Look at the material and settings the author names, and at photos of real prints, since these show surface finish and wall thickness better than a render. For flat test plates, note the plate size your 3D printer bed accepts.

If the results feel narrow, try other wording. Sheet-related parts are often filed under PVC, lamination film, report covers or pipe clips, while calibration files appear as first-layer test, bed level test or single-layer cleaning plate. Landmark models may be listed by city name, by the person or building shown, or by a local spelling of the place. Combining a shape word with a material word usually narrows the list faster than a single broad term.
