Homemade masks are only effective if there's a filter material between the cotton fabric. After reading the above, I wanted to leverage this filtering power of blue shop towels for the overall mask.

Depending on the number of layers you use to make the mask, breathing can be restrictive, hence, I wanted to improve on the exhalation valve from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4223974 to a more permanent and secure fit for one-time use since I'll throw away the mask after a number of uses.

Print time took 1.5hrs...and my printer is old.
