Frieren model from the anime/manga Frieren: Beyond Journey's End.

20 cm model divided into 18 parts, with 2 heads to choose from as well as two sets of legs (the "legs_A" go with the "boots_A" and attach to the "base_A", and the same applies to the letter B), as can be seen in the last image.
