You can successfully scale this cutter larger by 120% without losing the sharp cutting edge.

The blade is 1.2mm wide and is chamfered to a 0.4mm cutting edge.

The imprint of the cookie is (minus) -3mm from the cutting edge.

Printing instructions:

0.2 Layer Height

50mm/s overall printing speed

Follow the instructions of the filament producer for heat settings.

The only setting that is really important with cutters are the seam settings as that will influence the quality of the blade. Reslice with different seam settings and see which settings are the smoothest for the blade. This takes a bit of trial and error as every cutter's shape is different.
