RV Window Crank Lock

The window cranks in our 2019 Thor Vegas 25.2 tend to rattle loose while driving down the road. The end result is the driver seeing one of the windows starting to flap around, and the passenger going around and cranking them tight again.

This has been such an issue that we've tightened the cranks enough in the past to pull the channel away from the glass, in which case we had to use windshield adhesive to re-bond the channel.

This simple slide-on lock solves the issue.

Print standing up vertically, with the U-shaped channel at the top.

I've had great prints on my Ender 3 with the following:

0.2 layer height

0.4 line width

50% infill

Adhesion: brim

50 print speed
