12-Drawer Storage Cabinet

Hello everyone, thanks for checking out my modular 12-drawer parts cabinet! Designed to print flat on an Ender-3-class bed and lock together with simple 3 mm pegs, it turns loose screws, electronics, or hobby bits into a neatly organized, stack-ready system—no glue, no fuss, just print, peg, and get back to making.

Design Concept

A modular 12-drawer parts cabinet engineered for small printers (Ender-3, Ender-5 S1, K1 class). Every panel prints flat for perfect tolerances and quick post-processing; press-fit 3 mm (≈ ⅛ in) pegs lock the five trays, back and side panels together—no glue or screws required. The result is a compact, stack-ready unit that balances visual appeal (contrast frame vs. drawers) with workshop-level durability.

Assembly

Lay the BACK_PANEL flat. Drop TRAY 1 rear pins into the top pair of holes and press four pegs from behind.

Stand LEFT_PANEL and RIGHT_PANEL; align their upper holes with TRAY 1 side pins and secure with four pegs.

Repeat the sequence for TRAY 2 → TRAY 5, always working downward (6 pegs per tray row). You will use 30 pegs in total.

Slide the twelve drawers straight into the open bays—they rest on the fixed trays and stop against the back panel.

Print, peg, populate—your bench is now organized.
