🧩 Description / Design Concept

Mini display ramp set for 1:64 cars. The “X form” cross-section gives a crisp, modern look and stable stance while subtly elevating the car for better showcase angles. The pack includes five shapes to mix on a shelf and a Mini ramp for tight spots (provided inside the .3mf).

🖨️ Printing orientation & tips

Print on the bottom for a smooth base or on the front face to get a different surface pattern; both orientations work.

Add Fuzzy Skin if you want a more rugged, matte texture.

The included .3mf has orientations that avoid supports, tuned for Generic Silk PLA.

Adhesion: PEI smooth or textured sheet with glue stick or another adhesion aid recommended.

🛠️ Recommended settings

Generic slicer parameters are sufficient.

Layer height: 0.20 mm (or 0.16 mm for crisper edges).

Walls/Perimeters: 3–4.

Infill: 10–15% (Gyroid/Cubic) — the shell does most of the work.

Material: PLA / Silk PLA for clean looks; PETG/ASA if you prefer tougher pieces (e.g., for kids’ desks).

Supports: Not required with the provided orientations (.3mf).

Optional: enable Arachne/variable line width for neat edges.

📝 Notes

The Mini ramp is included inside the .3mf only.

For a cohesive display, print all ramps from the same filament batch.

🔧 Assembly

No assembly — each ramp prints in one piece. After print, let it cool under cover to minimize warping before removal.
