Replacement cover for a Nokia X20

If you are still rocking a Nokia X20 in 2025 I know that your factory cover is probably shot! Here is a replacement that I have been using daily for ~6 Months now. I went through 7 different iterations before I got the aperture for the fingerprint sensor *just* right. Apologies that the cover in the pictures is a bit dirty, but it has been in use for a while.

This cover does "disable" or cover up the Google Assistant button because I personally have no use for it, so if you use that a lot, this might not be the right cover for you.

I've added generous bumpers on the corners to keep this awesome phone alive for as long as possible.

Print Settings:

Mine was printed in eSun 95 TPU, but almost any TPU should work. The larger apertures need the bridges supported on my printer at least - check the attached .3mf file for where I painted the support in.

Nozzle Size: 0.4 mm

Layer Height: 0.2 mm

Support: Tree (Manual)

Infill: 25% Gyroid
