Design Concept

The design is a fusion of team identity and aggressive character art. Instead of a static logo on a plastic shell, the helmet is the mascot.

Anatomical Integration: The crown of the helmet forms the brow and ears of a panther, while the face mask serves as a "cage" for an open, snarling mouth complete with fangs and a detailed tongue.

Texture Contrast: It utilizes a matte-black "stealth" finish on the mechanical plates, contrasted against high-gloss "electric blue" accents that mimic organic muscle or energy flow.

The "Cyber-Predator" Aesthetic: The visible bolts and panel lines give it a futuristic, sci-fi feel, making it look more like a piece of power armor than traditional sports gear.

Creality Halot R6 Printing Settings

Since the Halot R6 is a 2K monochrome resin printer, you want to focus on capturing the sharp details of the teeth and the fine panel lines on the helmet

Setting Recommended Value Why?

Layer Height 0.05 mm Balances high detail with a reasonable print time.

Exposure Time 2.5 – 3.5s Standard for most 405nm grey/black resins on a mono screen.

Bottom Exposure 25 – 35s Ensures the heavy helmet base adheres to the build plate.

Bottom Layers 5 - 6 Provides a strong foundation for the weight of the model.

Lift Speed 60 mm/min Slow and steady to prevent the "suction cup" effect in the hollow helmet.

Retract Speed 150 mm/min Standard speed to return the plate for the next layer.

Pro Tips for this Model:

Hollowing: This model should be hollowed (2.0–2.5mm wall thickness) to save resin and weight. Crucial: Add drain holes at the top of the helmet (which will be the bottom during printing) to prevent suction.

Orientation: Tilt the helmet backward at roughly a 30-45° angle. This moves the support marks to the back/bottom, keeping the face and fangs clean.

Supports: Use "Medium" supports for the main shell and "Light" supports for the delicate fangs and tongue detail.
