Design Concept

​The Aggressive Tiger: The head features exaggerated, "layered" fur textures and sharp, stylized facial features. This creates a modern, almost comic-book aesthetic that emphasizes power.

​Integrated Base: The tiger head is merged into the side of a football, which acts as the body of the bust. The "laces" and "seams" are embossed to provide tactile detail.

​The Stand: A geometric, industrial-style pedestal provides a stable base while contrasting with the organic curves of the tiger.

​Color Strategy: The design is optimized for "multi-part" printing (where pieces snap together) or for high-contrast painting, using a palette of orange, white, and charcoal black to make the features pop.

Pro Tips for this Model:

​Orientation: Tilt the model backward at a 30°–45° angle. This reduces the cross-sectional area per layer, preventing the "suction cup" effect that could pull the print off the plate.

​Hollowing: To save resin, hollow the model with a 2.5 mm wall thickness. Critical: Add at least two drainage holes near the base to let uncured resin escape.

​Support Placement: Place supports primarily on the bottom and back of the football/base. Avoid supports on the tiger's face to prevent "pockmarks" on the most detailed areas.
