Tivoli Audio Model One – Replacement Selector Knob (3D Printed)

This is a replacement knob for the Tivoli Audio Model One tabletop radio.

The original selector knob (bottom center) controls Power / Source Selection (Off – FM – AM).

On my unit, the factory knob was missing/damaged, so I designed a 3D-printable replacement.

The model has been dimensioned to fit the shaft snugly while maintaining the clean, minimal look of the radio.

Printing Recommendations

Orientation: Print standing upright for best detail

Layer height: 0.2 mm

Infill: 15% is sufficient

Material: PLA or PETG both work well (PLA recommended for indoor use)

Notes

Depending on your printer tolerances, you may need to slightly adjust the shaft hole diameter by scaling. I printed mine in a light gray PLA to match the original radio design, but feel free to experiment with colors.
