1:30 Scale RC Rock Crawler Flex Track 3

This is Track 3 in a new system I'm designing for the Axial SCX30 and other similar sized RC rock crawlers. I'll be adding to this system over time. Since you can use the pieces in either direction and vary the alignment between the left and right track, the combination of obstacles you can achieve with just a handful of track variations is fairly extensive.

These tracks have recesses on the bottom so you can use poster putty to temporarily attach them to a hard surface. You can also incorporate these tracks into a more permanent obstacle course with hot glue. The larger recess is for poster putty. The smaller slots are there to give hot glue something to hold onto. It holds very well.

If you have a larger RC crawler, you can scale up the models. For 1:24th scale crawlers, 125% should work. You'll need a larger build area to scale up much larger than that, and I would also suggest using more perimeters for additional strength if scaling up.
